Missing

Yep, been gone a long time.  When I started writing a blog I wanted to try to write a little at least 3 or 4 times a week, I have a VERY boring life;)  I have obviously fallen down on the job!  Anyway.  I have my in-laws, AKA "the Nazi's", here.  The leave next week thank goodness and I know they will be gone at least all next month.  I fear they will be back in May and that hubby will decide taking his vacation with them will be perfect for us.  Yeah, two weeks of being trapped in a car with them wanting to discuss how to run our lives, politics, and how we need to run our kids' lives sounds like a fun time:(

So I'm going to GRL again this year!!!!  I have fun last time though I hope hubby doesn't come.  I love him but for a trip like this it's just to much.  It sounds like the organizers have been hard at work to make it a good time.  I'm looking forward to it all. 

Also new in my life ... I'm going to be a grandmother!  My son and his girlfriend told us and we figure it will be end of September beginning of October.  It's sooner than I'd like for my son but I think he will handle it.  He knows what I would expect of him.  I had him when I was 18 and his biological father was never in the picture.  Nic has heard since he could understand that a man stays and helps raise his kids.  He supports them and does his best by them.  He doesn't have to marry the mother but he has to be a dad!
