Going Out

So tomorrow I'm going out of town!  Yeah, I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but I don't get out much.  So we are going to replace our truck's tires.  HUGE bucks.  I know some people don't mind spending so much on tires but for us it's a lot.  Sad thing is hubby makes decent money we just have large expenses.  Anyway, not sure if the new meds are really working or not.  Doctor said to give them at least a month and then consider if we need to up the level.
